We are a four-season Maine cabin rental amidst some of the finest outdoor activities and wilderness areas Maine has to offer.

This modern, yet rustic Maine vacation cabin was built in a beautiful wooded setting. You will be two miles from the town of Patten on a dead-end, well-maintained road. There are fulltime residents close by but we placed the cabin off of the road so you have the sense of being secluded. There is a large parking area and a shed is provided should you need to store anything. We own 25 acres which includes a small stream. If you follow the steam for about a mile you will come to a beautiful, secluded lake. This is an enjoyable hike with opportunities to see wildlife.
The cabin has hardwood floors, oil heat, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen and is kept very clean. The living room has a sofa bed and comfortable reclining chairs to pamper you. There are two bedrooms, each with a dresser, mirror, shelves and clothes hanging areas.
 The one bedroom has two single beds, the other has one single bed and a bunk bed. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 people. There is an adjustable gun rack, shelves for all your "stuff" in the living room and kitchen. The cabin is cleaned and beds made just prior to your arrival. All you need to do when you arrive is relax and enjoy your stay. There is a water softener and treatment system to assure you have the highest quality of water. No need to buy drinking water.

What is supplied: all bedding, microwave oven, crock pot, dishes, pots, pans, kettles, lids, platters, glasses / cups, can opener, silverware, knives, bowls, clothes hangers, smoke alarms, fire ext., stove, refrigerator, toaster, portable mixer, coffee maker and filters, trash cans and bags, lawn chairs, radio, window fan, portable clothes rack, hot pads, and satellite TV, 19" TV / VCR  is supplied. You are not required to clean during your stay, however a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop is in the cabin should a need arise.

What is not supplied: paper supplies, bath and kitchen soap, toiletry items, first aid kit, flashlight.

The town of Patten has a population of about 1,300 people. There are no red lights and only a few stop signs. Full service restaurants and carryout is available. Other offerings include clothing, souvenir shopping, sports supply stores, gas/service stations, hardware store, NAPA parts store, laundromat, bank, grocery store, (they even carry your groceries to you car), medical / dental center, post office and best of all the people. Maine hospitality, your only a stranger here once.
