will not need to create an
account and you will not be charged any fee for this service.

Simply follow the directions and enter the dollar amount you are
paying me. Whether you are paying a rental deposit, full rental
payment or balance due payment, you will enter the appropriate
dollar amount. If you are paying a rental
deposit, when it is time to pay the remaining balance of the rental you would
follow this same procedure. Personal checks are fine with me,
I am offering this service to accommodate my customers by giving you
payment options that best suite your preferred payment method.
