| If you are requesting
information and or available vacation dates, fill in the appropriate
information, including contact information and click the
submit button. If you have previously contacted us and confirmed reservation
dates and are actually confirming a reservation, than fill out the form in
its entirety. Click the submit button. You may want to print it for
your records prior to clicking the submit button. If you are paying by
personal check, send payment to the name and address at the bottom
of this form. If you would like to pay by credit card, after submitting
the reservation form, return to the reservation form and click on the
Pay By Credit Card button. Check in is 2 PM, check
out is 9 AM. Any changes in arrival / departure times are subject to
additional charges. You are responsible for the agreed rate for the
period you reserved even if you leave earlier than the reserved
departure date. A deposit equal to one half of the agreed rate is
required within one week from the date the reservation is made. Full
payment is required 45 days prior to the arrival date. If the
reservation is made 45 days of the arrival date full payment is required
at the time of the reservation. NO REFUNDS. WINTER SNOW POLICY: Snow is
the critical ingredient for winter fun but we have no control over
Mother Nature. If your snowmobile vacation is between January 15th and
March 15th and you cancel due to lack of snow a cancellation fee of $100. will apply.
Your
paid reservation can be used toward a future reservation at White Spruce
Cabins. Your paid reservation can be used anytime of the year for up to 3
years. NO REFUNDS. Example: you pay for a weekly rental, you cancel
because of no snow, the next time you book it will cost you $100..
Pricing is for the CABIN, not
contingent on the number of people with a maximum of 7 people. From May
thru November the weekly charge is $575 for a 6
night stay. Renting by the day or in addition to a weekly rental is
$105.00 per night. From December thru April there will be a $100
additional charge for a 6 night stay and the daily rate will be $135
with a 3 night minimum. From May thru November there is a 2 night
minamum. The person making the reservation is responsible for the
actions of his or her group. By all means we want you to enjoy your
stay. We understand accidents can happen, but you could be held
responsible for any acts of destruction. The cabin is cleaned and beds
made prior to your arrival. Heat, electric and water is on. All you need
to do when you arrive is enjoy your stay. Prices do not include 7% Maine
tax.
Well behaved pets are welcome. You
will cleanup after them and pay for any damage caused by them. There is
a $50., refundable pet deposit. Refund: The $50. deposit will
be refunded after the cabin is cleaned and inspected for damage.
Also if the immediate area around the outside of the cabin needs cleaned
the deposit will be forfeited.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to your
reservation I will send you the key and a detailed map to the cabin.
When you leave, place the key on the table and lock the door. If the reservation
is made with short notice and there is not enough time for me to send
the key, I will e-mail you the map and related information, have the
cabin unlocked when you arrive and a key on the table. When
leaving, you put the key on the table and lock the door. |
